Our Commitment to Privacy
Old Photo Animator AI is operated by RRA APPSTUDIO LLC, a California limited liability company (“Old Photo Animator AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy applies to the Old Photo Animator AI mobile application and related website (together, the “Services”) and covers users in the United States and Canada, with specific additional rights for California residents. The Services are not currently directed to users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.
We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), applicable Canadian federal and provincial privacy laws (including PIPEDA), and other applicable U.S. and Canadian privacy laws.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use your private content or prompts to train our own AI models.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- Identity & Contact: Name and email; optional details such as phone for support.
- Account & Authentication: Username, password, and third-party login tokens.
- Payment & Subscription: Subscription status and billing records; full card details are handled by the app stores or PCI-DSS-compliant processors.
- User Content: Files, photos, recordings, and inputs you upload or create in Old Photo Animator AI.
- AI Interaction Data: Queries and inputs you submit to AI-powered features.
- Device & Technical Data: Device model, OS version, app version, IP address, and session/diagnostic logs.
- Communications: Records of support and in-app communications.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.
2. User Content & Photos
Content you upload — which may include photos or files — is processed to provide Old Photo Animator AI’s features and may be sent to third-party AI providers for processing. We do not intentionally use uploaded images to identify people, and where technically feasible we avoid collecting or strip image metadata such as location data.
3. AI Processing & Providers
Old Photo Animator AI uses third-party AI providers to process the inputs needed to power core features. We send only the information reasonably necessary to provide the feature, and these providers process data on our behalf or under their own terms. AI outputs are provided for convenience and are not professional advice.
AI training: We do not use your private content or prompts to train our own AI models. Third-party AI providers’ handling of data is governed by our agreements with them and their applicable policies.

5. Cookies & Tracking
On our website we use session and persistent cookies, web beacons, and pixel tags, including Google Analytics. We honor browser-level Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as required by California law.
6. How We Share Information
We share information with service providers (cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, payment processors, and AI providers) and with legal or regulatory bodies when required by law. All third-party recipients are bound by appropriate data-protection obligations.
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising unless we provide a clear opt-out as required by law.
7. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Canadian users’ data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., subject to appropriate contractual safeguards.
8. Data Retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active.
- User Content is retained until you delete it or close your account.
- Logs and analytics are retained for a limited period needed for security, debugging, and product improvement, unless longer retention is required by law.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including TLS encryption and access controls, designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure.
10. Account Deletion & Data Export
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information, or a copy of certain account information, by emailing support@resaiq.com or using the in-app account deletion option where available.
11. Push Notifications
If you enable notifications, we may process device push tokens to send reminders and account messages. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
12. Children’s Privacy
Old Photo Animator AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The Services are intended for users 18 and older. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it. Contact support@resaiq.com with concerns.

14. California Residents — CCPA/CPRA Rights
California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, and non-discrimination. Old Photo Animator AI does not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
15. Canadian Residents
We handle Canadian personal information in accordance with PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy legislation. Unresolved complaints may be directed to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).
16. Service Region
Old Photo Animator AI is intended for users in the United States and Canada. We do not intentionally target users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom at this time.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
For material changes, we may provide notice by email, in-app message, or prominent posting, generally at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
