The Services are not currently directed to users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom.
We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), applicable Canadian federal and provincial privacy laws (including PIPEDA), and other applicable U.S. and Canadian privacy laws.

1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- Identity & Contact: Name and email. You may optionally provide additional details such as phone or mailing address (for example, for support).
- Account & Authentication: Username, password, and third-party login tokens (Apple, Google).
- Payment & Subscription: Subscription status and billing records. Full card details are handled by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or PCI-DSS-compliant processors — we do not store full card numbers.
- Pantry & Food Data: Pantry items, recipes, shopping lists, meal plans, and related notes you create.
- Dietary & Preference Data (optional): Dietary preferences, allergies, restrictions, and nutrition goals you choose to provide.
- Photos & Camera Data: Images you capture or upload for food, receipt, or label scanning.
- AI Interaction Data: Inputs and queries you submit to AI-powered features.
- Device & Technical Data: Device model, OS version, app version, IP address, and session/diagnostic logs.
- Location Data: Precise or approximate location only if you enable location-based features.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.
2. Photos & Camera Data
When you use food scanning or image features, your photos may be uploaded to our servers and/or to third-party AI providers to identify pantry items, labels, receipts, or food-related information. We do not intentionally use images to identify or recognize people. Where technically feasible, we avoid collecting — or strip — image metadata such as location (EXIF) data. You can delete uploaded images by removing the associated items or closing your account.
3. AI Processing & Providers
Some features use third-party AI providers (for example, Google Gemini) to process text, images, pantry items, recipes, and related inputs — powering food recognition, ingredient matching, recipe suggestions, and meal planning. We send only the information reasonably necessary to provide the feature. These providers process data on our behalf or under their own terms, depending on the integration.
AI training: We do not use your personal pantry content, uploaded images, or private AI prompts to train our own AI models. Where third-party AI providers are used, their handling of data is governed by our agreements with them and their applicable policies.
AI outputs are not medical, nutritional, or food-safety advice. You may email support.agentlabs@agentlabs.agency to request that AI features be disabled where technically feasible.
4. Dietary, Allergy & Sensitive Information
You may choose to provide dietary preferences, allergies, restrictions, or nutrition goals. We use this information only to provide personalization features and do not use it to infer unrelated characteristics. You can edit or remove these details at any time in the app.
5. How We Collect Information
